There are two ways to make a Grant Application:

1) Download our Grant Application form and guidelines in WORD format by clicking the link below, complete it on screen and then email it to us at info@thecac.org.uk - this is our preferred method of application and will speed up the process - however the required enclosures must still be sent to us by post to the Administrator's address.

2) If you have any problems with the above method you can download and print our Grant Application form and guidelines in PDF format by clicking the link below, complete it by hand and then send it to us by post, together with the required enclosures, to the Administrator's address.

If you choose the form in PDF format you will need Adobe PDF Reader to open and read it, which you can download free of charge by clicking the icon below, unless you already have it.

Either way, please ensure that you read the guidelines carefully before completing and returning the form.
